Oxford lock on grips do not lock on

These grips are unsafe, they do not lock onto handlebars effectively. I baught two pairs both the same.
I have reached out to bike blvd with my concerns but they have been ignored, so I won't be buying anything ever again from Bike Blvd.

Thank you for your feedback. We have yet to receive any direct messages from you.

We've had no problems with these grips on standard handlebars with 22.2mm diameters in the workshop.
We do recommend cleaning the bar itself before installation to prevent left over residue from the previous grips affecting the installation.
