  2. Restocking Fee:

    • In order to cover administrative and handling costs associated with processing returns, we charge a restocking fee of the shipping fees involved in the return plus 12.5% of the item's original price.
    • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within the eligible timeframe mentioned above.
    • Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a packing slip.
    • Ensure that the item is securely packaged and include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
    • We will provide shipping labels for the return.
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  4. Refund:

    • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund.
    • The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the restocking fee.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.

  5. Exceptions:

    • Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to additional conditions, such as perishable goods, personalized items, software, etc. Please check our refunds and returns exceptions for more information.
