Returns & Refunds Exceptions

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver for later delivery, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Exchanges / Swaps:

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer law, we replace items if they are defective or damaged, otherwise offer a full refund.
