Scenario 1: Item in Stock
- You place an order for a part we have in stock.
- We process and ship it the same day or next business day.
- Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, you may receive it as early as Thursday or Friday.
Scenario 2: You placed an order on Sunday
- You order a specific part on Sunday, which we don’t currently have in stock.
- We include it in our Monday Morning order to suppliers (11:00 am cut off).
- The item arrives at our shop on Wednesday or Thursday and is shipped out to you by Friday Latest.
Scenario 3: You placed an order on Monday
- You order a specific part on Monday 4pm, which we don’t currently have in stock.
- We include it in our Wednesday Morning order to suppliers as it has passed the 11:00 am cut off. (If it is in our list of suppliers for Wednesday Morning orders.).
- The item arrives at our shop on Wednesday or Thursday and is shipped out to you by Tuesday Latest.
Scenario 4: You placed an order on Tuesday
- You order a specific part on Tuesday, which we don’t currently have in stock.
- We include it in our Wednesday Morning order to suppliers (if it is in our list of suppliers for Wednesday Morning orders.).
- The item arrives at our shop on Thursday - Monday and is shipped out to you by Tuesday Latest.
Scenario 5: You placed an order on Wednesday
- You order a specific part on Wednesday 4pm, which we don’t currently have in stock.
- We include it in our Monday Morning order to suppliers (11:00 am cut off).
- The item arrives at our shop on Wednesday or Thursday and is shipped out to you by Friday Latest.
Scenario 6: Item Ordered from Supplier on Thursday
- You order a specific part on Thursday, which we don’t currently have in stock.
- We include it in our Monday Morning order to suppliers (11:00 am cut off).
- The item arrives at our shop on Wednesday or Thursday and is shipped out to you by Friday Latest.
Scenario 7: You placed an order on Friday
- You order a specific tricycle part on Friday, which we don’t currently have in stock.
- We include it in our Monday Morning order to suppliers (11:00 am cut off).
- The item arrives at our shop on Wednesday or Thursday and is shipped out to you by Friday Latest.
Scenario 8: You placed an order on Saturday
- You order a specific tricycle part on Saturday, which we don’t currently have in stock.
- We include it in our Monday Morning order to suppliers (11:00 am cut off).
- The item arrives at our shop on Wednesday or Thursday and is shipped out to you by Friday Latest.
Scenario 9: You placed a Mixed Supplier Order
- You order a part that’s in stock and a another that needs to be ordered from the supplier.
- The tool is held aside, while the fork follows our ordering schedule and is shipped to you all together once it arrives.
- In this case, your order will arrive together at the same time.
Why This Process?
With over 17,000 items available, it's impossible to keep every product in stock at all times whilst offering it at the most competitive prices available. By working with a dozen suppliers and placing orders twice weekly, we ensure a steady supply of products while offering competitive pricing and broad product availability.
Although this compromises speed, our main aim to reduce costs (in space / storage of goods) so that we can offer them at the best prices available.

If you require an item urgently, please contact us directly. We’ll confirm whether the product is already in stock and discuss expedited shipping options.
If we are unreachable, please assume we do not have it in stock.
Alternatively, local pickups / click and collect are available to avoid shipping delays. Please note we most likely will still have to order your part in.
