How To Process A Return
Step-by-Step Process for Customers to Submit a Return Request
1. Access the Returns Portal
Start a return by logging into your account here:
https://shopify.com/59262140614/account
In the event where you do not have access to the account, please contact at: contact@bikeblvd.com.au
2. Selecting Order
From the list of orders, select the order which contains the item you would like to return.
Select "Request return".
*Please note: The system will only display eligible returnable items from the order.

3. Selecting Items to Return
From the list of items, if applicable, input:
- The quantity of return
- Reason
- Note (optional)
The estimated total will be displayed in a seperate panel.
In the event of a incorrect, defective or damaged item, we will give a full refund and organise for return postage on approval.
4. Submitting the Return Request
Select "Request return"
We will then review your return request and email you once it has been completed. Please allow 24-48 hours for use to review your request.
5. Completing the return
When the return is approved by us, you will recieve a return approval email with instructions on how to return the item.
Items being returned not due to defect or damage will have to be shipped and organised at the expense of the buyer.
Once item is returned, we will review the item in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Once reviewed, funds will be refunded.
6. Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within Shopify. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.
